Great experience! Went into Ryan's knowing what I wanted, but Jeff and the other employees made my trip there very easy. They price their cars very well and give you a very reasonable value for your trade-in but Jeff and the other employees made my trip there very easy. Jeff was very good about showing me all the extra features that went along with my Jeep Wrangler and was honest/ admitted that I probably knew more about the car then he did (Which is great because I would prefer honesty then trying to make up some stuff to sell the car). He never pushed me into actually buying the car or gave me some bull crap sales pitch like some dealers try. The only reason I did not give all 5's was because I wasn't particularly happy with my financing options. Overall though great people at the dealership, very friendly and helpful. More

i had been going through a lengthy and quite aggravating search for a classic GTO to use as a surprise present for my fiance for our wedding this upcoming july. in one last ditch search i came upon a car at search for a classic GTO to use as a surprise present for my fiance for our wedding this upcoming july. in one last ditch search i came upon a car at ryan auto mall that seemed to be exactly what i was looking for. i e-mailed them with a few questions and got a prompt response with a number to call them during regular business hours. the next day i spoke with bruce who could not have been nicer or more helpful, even calling me back shortly after our first conversation with exact details and even helpful shipping info (i live in PA). after getting everything together i spoke with jake to organize the details and finalize the deal and he was incredibly understanding and truly a pleasure to deal with! he kept me very informed both via e-mail and phone and worked diligently to help keep my surprise intact - even informing the delivery driver and anyone else who would be involved of the whole situation and to only speak to me :). thank you very much jake, bruce, and anyone else involved in this process...you made what can be a giant headache in a car buying experience a piece of cake, and will surely make our wedding a very, very special one. i would recommend them to anyone!! What impressed me most was how he seemed to know when I would need him between my meetings with Lisa (who was very informative and clear in explaining additional options), and, Nikki (I appreciated her taking control of conversations between Ryan and my Credit Union and making the paper process so "friendly"). I never felt "lost" or didn't know where I should be next. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the options of the Traverse and answered all my questions without making me feel like I had too many :-). The only downside is the distance I live from this dealership - near White Bear Lake. But, because of my experience, I will gladly drive the distance when I need a vehicle in the future! More
