The vehicle purchase process was an easy one, and then when we tried to handle our own vehicle freight. The contractor we hired never showed up and left us in a tight spot. He went above and beyond and when we finalized the freight deal it was 9pm. We were very impressed with his efforts and excellent communication throughout the process. There, I met Jake the used car sales guy! Jake is NOT your typical used car salesman! I've bought many cars/trucks in my days and have dealt with alot of salesman... Jake is absolutely the most helpful, energetic, friendly sales man I have ever met. All the other sales guys I've ever met could take some lessons from Jake! He doesn't try to redirect me to something I don't want in order to make a quick sale.. He listens and if he doesn't have what I'm looking for...he tells me! The Ryan Service Department guys are very attentive to what I need done when I need their services. My hat's off to them as well! I had one instance where things didn't go well but they bent over backwards to get it fixed properly! I've always been a "Chevy" guy and have found my "Chevy" dealership that I'll probably use the rest of my life. That's only because you fellas have some of the brightest and most helpful guys around.
