My quote was the lowest one out of four and as always the service was the best. i made an appointment to find out why my Stop Start feature was not working on my 2021 Jeep Renegade, I was told the problem could not be diagnosed because the battery was not at 100%. i asked which ba feature was not working on my 2021 Jeep Renegade, I was told the problem could not be diagnosed because the battery was not at 100%. i asked which battery. The service tech appeared confused with the question. He told me they would have to spend two hours charging the battery and I would be charged a fee for charging the battery. After the battery was charged to 100% they could diagnose the problem. None of this made sense to me as my Jeep has around 22,000 miles on it. I did not understand why I would be paying a fee for warranty work. This is the second time I have had in issue with Ryans service department. on another occasion the mechanic was pulled of my Jeep to work on someone elses and I sat there for over 6 hours waiting for mine to be completed.
