Outstanding customer service I can tell they do care Outstanding customer service I can tell they do care about customer satisfaction, to be honest I had a few minor issues with my car and since I'm a Outstanding customer service I can tell they do care about customer satisfaction, to be honest I had a few minor issues with my car and since I'm about 55 miles away from them Mr. Ryan drove all the way to my job just to take a look to the car and my concerns, He took notes and told me that he was going to get back with his team and work on that list the most efficient way, the plan is to whenever the parts are on the shop they will drive a rental to my job and pick up my car, work on my car for a few days and then bring my car back to me so I don't even have to waste time driving over there, wow! I've never thought that they would go thru all this to make things right so my new car meets my expectations as well as Ryan's customer service. Bought a 2012 F-150 Crew Cab king Ranch. I have been sorta shopping around and entertaining the idea of a new truck... She is the nicest lady in the world. She is there to help and not push a vehicle on you! This is my second truck I have bought from her, and I will not buy anywhere else. What a great experience. Even though I live 30 miles away I would go back there again. Curtis was great to work with. He found us the edge I wanted and the price was less than I thought it would. I have not shopped for a new truck in over ten years. As a Consumer Reports subscriber, I chose to pay for their New Car Price Report for an F-250 diesel 4x4. It allowed me to chose the exact truck with th a Consumer Reports subscriber, I chose to pay for their New Car Price Report for an F-250 diesel 4x4. It allowed me to chose the exact truck with the options I desired. At the end of the report, I was given the option of sending out my "wish-list" to participating dealers. I chose to do this and within a short time began to receivng emails and phone calls from about five dealers. Sabrena Torres contacted me and sent me the information she had on a truck in-stock that fit my wishlist pretty well. I visited Ryan Ford yesterday and was given the opportunity to drive the truck and check out the dealership. Sabrena was a joy to work with... very knowlegeable and efficient! I live over sixty miles away southeast of Houston and was a bit apprehensive that little old Ryan Ford could compete with big city prices. I was offered a better price on the new truck and a much better price on my trade-in. My biggest sell now is to my financial advisor... my wife! My drive to Ryan Ford and meeting with Sabrena was well worth the trip and the lunch at Hinze's Barbeque in Sealy made my day. When the time comes, I would be proud to have Ryan Ford on the back of my new truck... especially since my boy's name is RYAN. More
