Customer Service Mr. Mason Koch is my service adviser, and who I trust for all my service and repair needs. Mr. Tyler Wallace and Mr. Mark Jones have taken care of my Mr. Mason Koch is my service adviser, and who I trust for all my service and repair needs. Mr. Tyler Wallace and Mr. Mark Jones have taken care of my service need as well. Everyone in the service department are professionals and they all treat me like family. They continue to address all of my service and repair needs for my 2012 F-150 vehicle. I was sure I need a wheel alignment and two new tires. Mr. Koch informed me the alignment check indicated all was well. Further, that there is a 1/32 difference between the tires I thought need replacing, and the other two. Mason was more than helpful with the information I need to make the right decision concerning my vehicle. Ryan Ford's service department is the reason I will return for my next vehicle. More

Unscheduled Maintenance Our check engine light came on so we needed to have our vehicle serviced. The last dealership in town was like a circus that didn't seem to care to h Our check engine light came on so we needed to have our vehicle serviced. The last dealership in town was like a circus that didn't seem to care to hear what was happening with our car. Apparently they assumed they could fix it without our input. Mason listened to what I told him the car was doing and he ask several more questions. After they found the problem, they called with a price quote before doing the repairs. I will definitely go back to Ryan Ford for service, it's worth driving the few extra miles. More

My service advisor Mason is very helpful in taking care of my car, whether its recalls, oil changes, or other issues. Every time my car needed service Mason took the time to understand the problem and get it fixed, and unlike other dealerships they won't push unnecessary services upon you, so there are no surprises on the bill. The staff knew me by name after a few times and this made it a much better experience. Although there is a another Ford dealership 5 minutes from my home in Katy, I will be making the 30 minute drive out to Sealy for my future car needs, it really is worth it. More
