Helpful, good communicators This service department has the best mechanics in the Sealy area... and certainly better than any big city dealership with a small town atmosphere wit This service department has the best mechanics in the Sealy area... and certainly better than any big city dealership with a small town atmosphere within a large dealership. The mechanics are sincere when they say hi, shake your hand and ask how you are doing. The service reps are friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. They are good communicators and generally are accurate with delivery promises... but will call when any issue arises. When a ride is needed, they organize the drivers as needed. I have a couple of unique vehicles that require some out of the ordinary attention/work. This service department have gone the extra mile to accommodate the not so ordinary requests. A really good bunch of guys. More
In for service, out with a new truck I went in for service on my truck and left with the service complete and a new truck. Brad was courteous and kept me informed. AMAZING EXPERIENCE I recently stopped at the Ryan Ford Service Department and was greeted by Brad. I asked if there was a Toyota dealership close by because I was passin I recently stopped at the Ryan Ford Service Department and was greeted by Brad. I asked if there was a Toyota dealership close by because I was passing by and began hearing a noise on my Camry. He said the closest one he knew was in Katy which I had just passed and I didn't want to turn around. So he asked what the problem was I explained I was hearing a noise. He walked outside to take a look and than asked me to drive it into the service area. He quickly found the problem and asked one of the service worker to fix it. I was surprisingly amazed that he took the time to take a look at my car and fit the problem even though it wasn't a Ford product. Ryan Ford in my option has the best service department I've ever encountered. More

Excellent Service Experience I purchased my 2015 F150 from Ryan Ford. The purchase experience was Ok but not great. I took my vehicle to a local service shop for the 5000 mi I purchased my 2015 F150 from Ryan Ford. The purchase experience was Ok but not great. I took my vehicle to a local service shop for the 5000 mile service because it was convenient? This shop charged me over $100.00 for an oil change and tire rotation which I felt was robbery. My wife takes her fleet car to a Ford dealership in our community and has never been satisfied with the amount of time she needs to wait to get the work completed. I decided to give Ryan a chance to complete my 10,000 mi service and I was very pleased. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM on Saturday. I was advised that the service would take approx. 45 minutes and at 8:45 my service adviser, Brad Zook, came to the waiting area and advised that I was ready to go. I felt I was charged a reasonable price for the work that was completed. Brad did a great job in getting me in and out as quickly as possible. I will definitely return for future service. More
Great service As always when I take my F450 in for service i had a great experience. When for a oil change and tire rotation and while doing the tire they noticed As always when I take my F450 in for service i had a great experience. When for a oil change and tire rotation and while doing the tire they noticed my front brakes were getting bad. At that point they came a told me and ask if I would like them changed while I was there that they had the parts and could take care of it. It was nice to be able to get the work done and not have to schedule it for a later time. More
