Great Service Team I purchased my Platnium Explorer from Mark Jones, an excellent salesman at Ryan Ford at the end of March. Yesterday I took it in for my first oil chan I purchased my Platnium Explorer from Mark Jones, an excellent salesman at Ryan Ford at the end of March. Yesterday I took it in for my first oil change and tire rotation. I was met by Mason Koch and Tyler Wallace who had the paperwork ready, all I had to do was give them my keys. In what seemed like mere minutes, Mason was in the very comfortable waiting area telling me my vehicle was ready. Everyone was so pleasant to work with. This was my first experience with Ryan Ford and speaking with service adviser Tyler Wallace. His approach was never rushed or hurried. Mr Wallace explained what would take place in the service dept and a technician would evaluate the trouble and I would be given the needed information to base my decision on.
