We did our homework before coming to buy. We came to Rydell to buy a truck, Arnulfo aproached us and listened to what we wanted with no pressure. We've leased the Equinox from Rydell since 2011 and have always had exceptional service. This time, I knew the exact car I wanted which was on the lot. However, we weren't too pleased with our salesman. I always had exceptional service. This time, I knew the exact car I wanted which was on the lot. However, we weren't too pleased with our salesman. I am the primary driver of the vehicle, had done my research, and had questions. Our salesman directed all of his answers and conversation to my husband and ignored me, a woman. When the paperwork was completed, it was a little past closing time. Our salesperson was very impatient with us, didn't help us with OnStar or make sure we knew the basic features of the car. When asked, he said there wasn't a Sirius XM offer which was not true. He obviously want to leave work and didn't care to complete the usual service when a new car is leased. More
