I wouldn’t recommend this service center because I took my 2025 car in (that has never had a check engine light yet) to get a routine 15k recommended maintenance service and as soon as I got the car back c my 2025 car in (that has never had a check engine light yet) to get a routine 15k recommended maintenance service and as soon as I got the car back check engine light was on. Now, the service was completely fairly quick which I will give xxxxxxfor that, but maybe it was quick because they was messing up my car n giving it a check engine light lol. They claimed it was just air and it was an error but only time will tell ig. But, definitely will not be back to this location. More
Everyone is nice an friendly and everyone drops the ball at every turn. I came in for a quick "campaign" repair. I had an appointment and car after car in the "no appointments" lane was adressed an driven t at every turn. I came in for a quick "campaign" repair. I had an appointment and car after car in the "no appointments" lane was adressed an driven to the repair area--while I waited, watching NO ONE make eye contact with me or even acknowledge me. I complained an was seen after several more minutes. I was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours so I waited there. After well over 2 hours, I finally asked someone about my car and they said it was done. No one told me an the paperwork hadn't been submitted to start the process of checkout. When I finally reached the cashier, I had to point out which keys were mine. She grabbed the keys and showed me where my car was and said I could drive out myself. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DRIVE THE CAR UP TO ME. I felt ignored and disrespected the entire time, despite everyone's very friendly demeanor. If their attitude isn't backed up with true, efficient service, it's empty at best. More

I dropped off my car with an appointment on Monday, April 20 after moving it back from April 16 at your request due to the type of service I was requesting (suspension). My car was not looked at until late 20 after moving it back from April 16 at your request due to the type of service I was requesting (suspension). My car was not looked at until late Friday afternoon. By then it was too late to pick it up. I had to rent a car for an entire week. Rene was very good and communicated regularly through the week. Car was returned unwashed and tire pressure was not adjusted as indicated on the paperwork. More
