If possible, we would rate this experience a negatve 10 stars. We dropped off our Colorado for a "check engine light" issue, got the run around from our service rep, requested no work to be started so we c stars. We dropped off our Colorado for a "check engine light" issue, got the run around from our service rep, requested no work to be started so we could just pick the truck back up and immediately service on the truck started. They "couldn't find the check engine light issue" so only suggestion was a new engine. Long story short, were advised nothing could be done without paying $15,000 plus labor. We were charged $3500 to pick up the truck unwashed with grease all over the bed. We will never purchase nor seek repair from this dealship, and probably not from Chevrolet again. Oh and the service rep left the company in the middle of this, yet the Manager never talked or assisted us once even though we complained to the next assigned service rep. No Customer Service, total rip off of the customer, and no accountability. BEWARE!! More
