I was looking for a 2025 Equinox EV. Because the $7500 rebate is going away Oct 1st, they were hard to find. I called up and down California looking for one. Almost every dealership acted like I was hopelessly looking. When I called Rydell Chevrolet and spoke with Juan I was given hope. Juan tracked down the exact one I was looking for. He allowed me to put a deposit down to hold it until it arrived. Seems simple but no other dealership/salesman offered me that. Juan gave me updates on arrival date and even looked for other ones that may arrive sooner. When the one I put a deposit down on came in he even gave me a couple days to come finalize deal as I was 3 hours away. Again sounds simple but my guess is this wouldn’t have happened elsewhere. When I arrived to finalize deal everything was seamless. Not to mention every person I dealt with was gracious. The deal Juan promised was the exact deal I got. No extra add ons and no pressure to buy any. Jorge in financing was kind and very professional. He offered and explained things like extended warranty but was not pushing them on me. He got me 0 percent financing. I drove away very satisfied. If I ever need a Chevy again I will be calling Juan and drive 3 hours to Rydell Chevrolet. More
