I was extremely disappointed how my service visit was handled. I made an appointment a week in advance, came on time, and cleared my schedule. I dropped my car off at 0830 for brake replacement and oil c handled. I made an appointment a week in advance, came on time, and cleared my schedule. I dropped my car off at 0830 for brake replacement and oil changed. At 1752, I hadn’t heard from anyone and knew service closed at 1800. I called and I was told “they didn’t get to it, we’re going to have to keep it until tomorrow, is that ok?” To which I replied, absolutely not, I have to work tomorrow. Not once was I text, called, emailed to let me know that my car was just sitting there ALL DAY and nothing had been done. It was a huge inconvenience and infuriating. When I arrived 10 mins later, they told me they were able to do the oil change. They then proceeded to charge me for it which added insult to injury. It was disappointing all the way around. I’ll just take my car elsewhere. More
