I have been used to quick-oil change shops, 15-20 minutes. It ought to say in Rydell's e-mail/text reminders that an oil change could take up to 2 hours. I rescheduled. A second star because minutes. I had 3 things to service. I directed them to call me if a service was not covered under warranty to decide if I would get it fixed there or somewhere else but they went ahead I directed them to call me if a service was not covered under warranty to decide if I would get it fixed there or somewhere else but they went ahead and fixed it, told me it was not covered after the fact and charged me without my prior consent. Was also told a tire had a nail but since tire was not from them they couldn't do anything about it. Took the truck to my tire dealer and they couldn't find the nail. Again don't know if what I was told was for a different customer. Not a good experience this time around. More
