Pros: Mike was pleasant to deal with. That's the only reason they review is not 1 star. Cons: Initially I was told that the back log on work is so long that the department no longer acc That's the only reason they review is not 1 star. Cons: Initially I was told that the back log on work is so long that the department no longer accepts appointments. I had to wait 5 days for my car to even be looked at. I was then told the repairs are covered by warranty, but the department didn't know if a rental car would be covered. They'd have an answer in 3 days about the rental. I was then told it'll take 3 months for the part necessary to repair my car. Finally giving me word that a car rental would be covered. Previously, I was told the car should not be driven. Then when hearing that it'll take 3 to receive the backlogged part, it should be fine to drive. I spent a few hundred dollars in rentals and then was told rental would be covered. The month of January is not yet over. I look forward to finally getting my car fixed in May. Hopefully the drive train will hold on until then. More
