The staff took care of my car well. My car had to be towed in due to a bad starter. Joe got my car repaired and done when promised. Brought truck in on Sept 3. 7 days later they tell me it's the catalytic converter. I finally got the truck back on Oct. 2. Vehicle was dirty. Your staff is beyond rude starting with Rene who has a major attitude problem. When I didn’t realize that my service appointment may also extend to a recall visit, I was worried about missing my daughter’ major attitude problem. When I didn’t realize that my service appointment may also extend to a recall visit, I was worried about missing my daughter’s pickup time for school since the appointment would now take 3 hours. Not easy to reschedule with 3 kids. I was met with attitude as if I was committing a crime asking about a shorter timeframe for the service and recall. I then went to speak with a service manager inside the glass doors. That guy should not be working for Rydell. He was even worse with the attitude. With that said, Jim Murphy is one of the nicest guys and I would have given a glowing review if he was my service rep. Very very kind. He offered to watch my 2 sleeping kids so I could run to use the restroom. More
