My car was inspected by Rydell 3 weeks ago for $225, and 2 weeks later, it broke down, requiring me to tow it back to them at my expense for $300. They then demanded another $225 for a new diagnosis! Their 2 weeks later, it broke down, requiring me to tow it back to them at my expense for $300. They then demanded another $225 for a new diagnosis! Their original inspection clearly did not test the 12V auxiliary battery that subsequently failed, leaving me stranded. After a week, they returned the car to me with additional problems (TPMS sensor failure) that they didn't catch. More

I have been used to quick-oil change shops, 15-20 minutes. It ought to say in Rydell's e-mail/text reminders that an oil change could take up to 2 hours. I rescheduled. A second star because minutes.
