Day before Thanksgiving, but they took care of me anyway and I was able to wait (safely). The tailgate mechanism malfunctioned on my Forester so back couldn't be opened. Locked inside was my "Zinger" whee and I was able to wait (safely). The tailgate mechanism malfunctioned on my Forester so back couldn't be opened. Locked inside was my "Zinger" wheelchair. The Frontline team on the phones at Rye Ford has been less than helpful and even rude on the phone. I have had several experiences where I cant even get through when I call and when someone picks up they less than helpful and even rude on the phone. I have had several experiences where I cant even get through when I call and when someone picks up they act annoyed and not very interested in helping me. My assistant also calls for me and she refuses to call anymore because she has had so many bad experiences. She and I have also been told multiple times that someone would return her call and they never do. It is to the point where I dread when I need to call for service. This was not at all the case a few years ago. And it isn't every single time. There are definitely nice people there.. But the majority of the time it seems that something changed with the culture at Rye Ford and it is affecting at least this customer. Otherwise I am happy with the company.
