Louis Rivera, the General Manager, has always gone out of his way to make sure my family and I are doing well and that we’re being taken care of. It’s not just about buying a car with Louis. He takes the time to check in, makes sure everything is right, and treats us with a level of respect and sincerity that you just don’t find everywhere. Lauren Hirshowitz, my saleswoman, is absolutely incredible. She’s always on top of every little detail, making sure everything is dialed in exactly how it should be. But what really makes Lauren special is the relationship she’s built with my family, especially my two little girls. They absolutely adore her! Every time we’re there, they’re busy drawing her pictures, and Lauren proudly hangs up their masterpieces for everyone to see. And believe me, some of these drawings look more like horrific crime scenes than artwork! 😂 But she displays them like they’re hanging in the Louvre. It’s those little things that tell you everything you need to know about someone’s character. David Nausch deserves a huge amount of recognition as well. He’s constantly going above and beyond to help me find exactly what I’m looking for, which, if you know me and my taste in cars, isn’t always the easiest task! He puts in the effort, explores the options, and works to make sure I’m getting what I actually want at a price that makes sense. That kind of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. And then there’s Craig Noe, who somehow manages to keep the numbers in line with both my wants and my family’s needs. He understands that buying a vehicle isn’t just about getting someone into a car. It’s about making sure the financial side makes sense for the family going home in it. He’s always been straightforward, accommodating, and willing to work with us to make everything come together. What sets Rye Subaru apart isn’t just the vehicles, the pricing, or the service. It’s the people. It’s the fact that my girls actually look forward to going to a car dealership. Buying our new 2026 Subaru was stress free because Lauren made it so.
