Not happy. Was charged $150 for dealership to road test my Crosstrek and tell me the brakes are fine. Brake pedal is soft and too low. I have a valid warranty which "doesn't cover brakes". Our experience overall was very good, starting with the service adviser. The one complaint that we have is that the technicians use the radio and do not return it to the way they found it. We then have service adviser. The one complaint that we have is that the technicians use the radio and do not return it to the way they found it. We then have to go through all sorts of digital hoops to get back to where we want to be. On occasion, that is also true for dashboard settings. More

This service appt. was fine. The service was for two safety recalls and I added some regular maintenance. All things considered I didn't have a long wait. I was permitted to stay and wait. I had to wait for my vehicle and really appreciated the coffee station, but missed having the news on the TV and the New York Ti and courteous staff.
