Left Behind My husband and I had been searching local dealers for a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk; we had certain specifics we were looking for. After visiting a local dealer and test driving the Trailhawk, we knew that's what we wanted, but hoping for a different color. The sales rep said he would look for us, but contact us if the one we were looking at sold. After 3 weeks we heard nothing and after looking on their website, saw that is sold. Disappointed that we never even heard back from him. I guess he didn't take us serious. So....long story short, after another search on the web and some back and forth conversation with Dan, we are NOW the owners of a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Thanks for your patience in answering all of our questions and putting us in the vehicle we've been waiting for. More

Poor service lemon van Writing this review as I'm leaving the dealership after paying $1400 for them to fix things on a van that we purchased from them less than a year ago Writing this review as I'm leaving the dealership after paying $1400 for them to fix things on a van that we purchased from them less than a year ago. Two of the items fixed were items that were supposed to be fixed six months ago when we brought in the van to have the same items fixed, now we're pain again for them to fix the same items. We have about $2000 out-of-pocket expenses on fixing things on this van that we purchased less than a year ago. Paid over $18,000 for a vehicle to only have to stick another $2000 into it in less than a year. When we originally bought the van we paid over bluebook for its try to get the dealer to come down on price reason that they wouldn't is because they stuck a bunch of money into the van (so they say) While waiting to get our van in for service called and left several messages and did not receive phone calls back. After the van finally made it in for service called and left a message with the general manager and I still haven't gotten a phone call back from him and it's been three days More
