Bought a used vehicle from what I thought was a reputable dealership to avoid headaches. I figure they check the vehicles out before they sell them... that's what the sticker said. I pull off the lot after buying it and although I am a woman I notice a clunking sound as I"m driving down the road... took it back the next day... was told it was a bad sway bar and bushings (sure they checked the vehicle) a month later... bad alternator $660 job! Sales rep tried but couldn't do anything for me. They at least fixed the sway bar and bushings for nothing but this should have been noticed by the mechanics upon inspection not a female buyer? Also break pads were seizing up had breakdust like crazy on my rims... they checked.."no they don't see anything wrong"... go to Midas the same day.. was told break pads will seize if sitting for a while...(sales rep confirmed it was on the lot for 3 months) their mechanics missed that too! The only thing they gave me was 3 free oil changes after almost $800 worth of repairs in about a month of owning it!! Oh and the radio "I noticed" was messed up when I purchased the vehicle too.. they missed that as well... they are going to find me a used one out of another vehicle... how nice of them... More

I have bought two trucks from Lucas this year. He listened to my needs and went way out of his way to get me great prices even with our two trades. I will be going back to S&L as long as they continue the good service and great prices. Lucas is the most knowledgeable truck guy I have met in quite a few years, I needed alot of towing specs and reasons why, he came thru for me and I apreciate that. More

I have nothing but positives to say about S&L and Dan Kwilinski. It's tough being a single female shopping for a new car. The 2011 Chrysler Touring was priced below the True Market Value listed on Edmunds, so I figure I got a pretty good deal. I've had the car for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it! Dan has been great in responding to my email and answering the numerous questions I have. And then there's Frank. He was able to find me a great rate for financing my car, much better than my bank offered. I have absolutely no complaints about my experience with S&L. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends! More

In 2008 I lost my job and my credit scores went downhill but since I have been working to get better and Fran and Dan spent alot of time finding me a lender and they did and got me a car that I wanted. I have bought several cars in the past but this was the BEST experience and friendliest I have ever had. I will NEVER buy a car from anywhere else. Bob was very helpful in getting me into a used car that we very close to what I was looking for to test drive. Bob spent time looking for the car that I wanted and found one that was perfect.. Recently, I received a call from Bob, just checking in to see how everything was going with my new Charger. I have purchased new cars in the past and have never received a call to see how it going. I'm impressed!! I recomend Bob and S&L to anyone that I know that is in the market for new vehicle. I will purchase another car from S&L and I hope that Bob is still working there when I do. Had been searching around Green Bay, Appleton, and Oshkosh areas and couldn't find something I wanted and within the price range I needed. So on the way home we decided to stop in at S&L and found 2 v Oshkosh areas and couldn't find something I wanted and within the price range I needed. So on the way home we decided to stop in at S&L and found 2 vehicles right away that I would be interested in. After working with Dan and getting the price at what I wanted we then had to make sure I could handle the payments. Working with Frank on the payments was a breeze and he was able to get the payments where I needed them to be. It turned out to be easier than I thought the process was going to be. Now I am driving a newer and much safer vehicle, great place to look for that new or used vehicle. When it's time to look for a different vehicle again I will be stopping here first. Lucas More

matt was very helpful, the van we wanted could not be lowered anymore(so they say) but he managed to find us a very similar van with same features and miles we wanted for the price we could afford. the lowered anymore(so they say) but he managed to find us a very similar van with same features and miles we wanted for the price we could afford. the prices seemed very reasonable compared to other dealerships i searched. i would definately would refer friends and family to come to s and l. and i would definately go back. the only thing im disappointed with is the van now smells like smoke. and i found a cigarette burn in one of the seats and we were told the van came from non smokers. its not bad enough to be mad about just a little disappointed. we are very happy with our purchase otherwise. and working with matt was great we would buy from him again for sure, he was very helpful and friendly, we went above and beyond for us.
