"Not one person kept their word"

I had spoke with julie on march 19 in regards to my chrysler 200 2015. I had a wheel bearing going out and needed it replaced. I was told to contact s&l because it might be under warranty. Julie stated that if it is for sure the wheel bearing it would be covered and if it was something else not covered i would pay the $60 diagnostic fee. I knew it was the wheel bearing so i made an appt for thursday morning at 930. She said it would take about an hr or two so i asked if i could drop my car off the night before. Wed night around 5 i gave Julie my key fob and information. Thur morning around 1030 am i called to see the status of my car. Julie stated the diagnostic test was not done and that they would call me when it was. 130 rolls around (4hrs later) and no call. So i call back and julie states its still not done. I asked why is it taking so long if i had an appt at 930am.. She said bc i was not sitting there waiting and other people were, they were taking care of them first. I have 2 kids. I need a vehicle. She said well we never had you fill out paperwork stating when you needed your car back. How is this my fault? I had an appointment. Another hr and a half goes by and Julie finally calls me back to tell me it is the wheel bearing but its not covered and that i need 4 new tires... But they have a sale!! Buy 3 get 1 free! I asked why i have to pay for the wheel bearing when she told me it would be covered. After going back and forth i asked to speak to a manager and left a vm. No call back. Friday morning at 955am i called and spoke with phil the service manager. Explained the situation and he said he would call me back in 10 to 15 min. 2 hrs went by and no phone call and no vehicle to get to and from. I called phil back around noon and was told he was busy. Waited another hr no phone call. I called again and it went straight to vm. I left a message to be called back. A short while later, phil calls me back to tell me there is nothing he can do and that if Julie misinformed me or assumed hes sorry. Two days now they have had my car. No one has kept their word about times, appointments and work to be done. So here i sit without my vehicle waiting for the general manager to call me back.

"Terrible Customer Service! Stay Away!!"

TODAY I HAD ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERICE EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE. I am a former customer and will NEVER enter this dealership again. Do not buy a car, service your car. or use the body shop at this dealership. If you want a Jeep go to Gandrud in Green Bay.

"running board mixup"

Had running boards installed on new 2017 Durango, but they were put on backwards & they were on an angle. I brought it back in to have them reinstalled. No problem, now they are correct. Even salesperson could see they were installed incorrectly. But should mention the problem to person who installed them to pay attention next time. Had to drive 40 extra miles round trip to have problem corrected.

"Poor service lemon van "

Writing this review as I'm leaving the dealership after paying $1400 for them to fix things on a van that we purchased from them less than a year ago. Two of the items fixed were items that were supposed to be fixed six months ago when we brought in the van to have the same items fixed, now we're pain again for them to fix the same items. We have about $2000 out-of-pocket expenses on fixing things on this van that we purchased less than a year ago. Paid over $18,000 for a vehicle to only have to stick another $2000 into it in less than a year. When we originally bought the van we paid over bluebook for its try to get the dealer to come down on price reason that they wouldn't is because they stuck a bunch of money into the van (so they say) While waiting to get our van in for service called and left several messages and did not receive phone calls back. After the van finally made it in for service called and left a message with the general manager and I still haven't gotten a phone call back from him and it's been three days

"Service Dept. Be Careful !"

I took my 2014 Ram in for a oil change and they told me several things that that needed to be done soon . Trusting that they were telling me the thruth I scheduled to have them done with my next oil change . A couple of the items were a tune up,4 x 4 service, and a air filter. My truck had only 35,000 miles on at the time. After having everything done that they said needed to be done I checked my owners manual and found out most of the items shouldn't have been done until 120,000 miles. The only one that was recommended was the air filter at that mileage.. i should of questioned the repairs right away . My advice is be very careful when dealing with there service dept.

"ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE "

My husband and I just purchased our 2nd vehicle from S&L Motors - because it is a Great Dealership - with a Great Service Department. Great Sales Department . We have had the pleasure of working with LUCAS JOHNSON. we just cannot say enough about him. Lucas is such a nice guy - easy going and friendly. We purchased our 1st vehicle from Lucas Johnson and I sought him out again. This is the 2nd time we have had a wonderful experience in purchasing a vehicle. I have also used the Service Dept. and have dealt with Julie, Cathy, Kelly, Phil and they are all outstanding and treat people very nice. We also had a chance to work with Don, the business manager,. He to was wonderful to work with. He handled everything great. He is also very friendly and helpful. It was a joy to work with Don. So S&L Dealership can pat them selves on the back. I have never had a bad experience since i bought my 2010 ram 1500.I would recommend them to everybody i know.The service department is very helpful and answers any concerns i might have.The loan department got me very good loan and extend warrenty. Sales people gave me a great deal on my truck.Thanks Guys
