Lacks the professionalism of other dealerships Sierra Chevrolet's service department is not customer service oriented. I had to call them for statuses two of the three days they had my car. Addit Sierra Chevrolet's service department is not customer service oriented. I had to call them for statuses two of the three days they had my car. Additionally, they appear to take longer than necessary for seemingly routine repairs. They didn't even wash my car as a good will gesture for my inconvenience. They get 3 stars for fixing my car's issues, 2 stars off for lack of customer service. More
