When I arrived for my appointment there was no one at the desk. The parts girl was wandering around and so was a technician, but neither one spoke to me. Unfortunately, Cortney was off. Sierra eventually came and didn’t give the right reason for why I was there. She said for an oil change and I didn’t need an oil change. I told her it was for a 75,000 mile check up. She eventually found it in the computer. The staff, except for Cortney, at this dealership is not friendly or good at communicating. I’d rather say I’m not sure if I’d recommend this service center. It’s just convenient for me. More

Every process starting from sales has been an issue. I'm not sure why I keep getting review requests. Take your vehicle elsewhere. I buy a new vehicle every 2-3 years. Never again.
