Don't no alot about the dealership, other than the lady at the sales desk needs to look up when people walk in the door. However I had service work done and Cierra in service was absolutely the best adviso at the sales desk needs to look up when people walk in the door. However I had service work done and Cierra in service was absolutely the best advisor I have ever dealt with in any service department anywhere. And ive been in the buisness for 35 years. She is the very reason I will be back for all of my Toyota Service...Your lucky to have her!!! More

Disappointed. I needed to call and see what the status was. They said they needed an extra hour to diagnose the van. They couldn't find the problem and said it was I needed to call and see what the status was. They said they needed an extra hour to diagnose the van. They couldn't find the problem and said it was working okay. I picked the van up and pulled on the road and it acted up immediately. The mechanic was extremely helpful in giving me tips in fixing it myself as the service department said warranty wouldn't cover it, even though it is under warranty. The van was in an accident but this seems totally unrelated to the accident and was driven a couple thousand miles since the accident. I recommend this service center with caution. More

Sierra was great. The thing I have a Problem with is the warranty people that Sierra had to deal with. Our vehicle was finished with the servicing, but we were stuck w The thing I have a Problem with is the warranty people that Sierra had to deal with. Our vehicle was finished with the servicing, but we were stuck waiting to hear back from the Ally warranty people. I blame this on the Dealership. Need better communication with Ally. More
