We knew the vehicle we wanted. After asking Gayle to locate it she kept telling us it was not possible, and we just needed to order one and would have to wait eight weeks. Another dealer that we started with called and told us that there was one available in Massachusetts. We told Gayle and were told " They lied there are none available", we insisted there was. Finally , by pure coincidence the Dealer with our choice called Saccucci looking for a car from their inventory. The Sales Manager at Saccucci realized they had "our" choice and brokered a deal. We received our new Honda four days later. No thanks at all to Gayle. She was pushy and borderline RUDE to my wife. I feel that I did all legwork....finding vehicle.Also had to call back three times for paperwork to be faxed to our bank!!!! Even had to go find some for license plate bolts after we picked up plates. I will go back to Saccucci, but will not deal with Gayle. More

Gary really listened to my needs and found me the right car within a short period of time. He is caring and conscientious and is effective without any form of pressure.
