Worst car buying experience ever! If you ever buy a used car from this dealership – beware! 1) We drove from the Bay Area to Sacramento – the car wreaked of smoke. The sales person, If you ever buy a used car from this dealership – beware! 1) We drove from the Bay Area to Sacramento – the car wreaked of smoke. The sales person, Pavel, said he didn’t really notice it. Huh? It literally wreaked. He said they could do something about it. Never did and never offered to do anything about it. 2) When we were really interested, he said there were all these add-ons that their cars have ($4,000 for an ELO GPS device, paint & fabric protection, theft protection & Nitro fill tires), none of which we wanted. He said that he knows we drove from far away so if we got the extended warranty, they could not charge us for the things we already didn’t want. 3) Thought they gave us all the paperwork but they didn’t. I had to call the next day to get the sales contract and the finance person was very rude – he told us we had it. If I had it, would I be calling? After I got the sales contract emailed to me, I realized they never gave us the extended warranty papers either. I had to call again to get it and again, rude but he sent it. and 4) Driving the car back to the Bay Area, the TPMS light came on. When we called the next day about it, the finance person said the car was still covered by the Toyota warranty so go there to get it fixed. We drove it over to the nearest Toyota dealership and they charged us $205 to find out what’s going on with the vehicle. Apparently, the CDJR dealership installed the ELO GPS device and didn’t take it out and shoved the port way up in the back of the console and zip tied the cords together. No wonder it didn’t work. When I called the salesperson Pavel about it, he said he’d ask the manager if they could cover the cost. The manager agreed since they caused the problem to begin with. He said I’d have to wait until Monday since it was the weekend for the accounting department to get in. When I called on Monday, he said the manager of managers wouldn’t approve it and the Toyota dealership should’ve told us should’ve told us they were going to charge us. So they reneged on what they already promised a couple days prior. The CDJR dealership caused the problem in the first place and how would the Toyota dealership even find the problem without going in to see what happened to the port? I couldn’t wait to cancel the extended warranty that covered basically nothing and have that payment applied to the car loan so we could pay the car loan off. I didn’t post this sooner because I was concerned the extended warranty payment might go to the CDJR dealership and I might have trouble getting that money back since they’ve already proven very untrustworthy. They touted Russell Westbrook’s name as being an owner – he should be very concerned to be associated with this rude and dishonest dealership. Buyer beware for sure!!! More

Just finished paperwork for a new 2022 Gladiator with Eric and Letian, both of whom went above and beyond to give us the best customer experience and give us the best possible rate and payment plan. Woul Eric and Letian, both of whom went above and beyond to give us the best customer experience and give us the best possible rate and payment plan. Would DEFINITELY recommend both of them and the friendly staff at this dealership. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and offered us water the moment we stepped in. She also gave the kids popcorn to keep them busy. I would definitely definitely definitely recommend bringing your business to this dealership! More

Pure scam sales department. When the finance docs arrived the vehicle was $1000 dollars over the advertised price on their website (violation of California law) To make matters When the finance docs arrived the vehicle was $1000 dollars over the advertised price on their website (violation of California law) To make matters worse, they added $4000 dollars worth of extras that they said wasn’t able to be removed (paint protection, lo-jack) These are services that are strictly optional. Sad to think of how many people they try and take advantage of. The vehicle is used and I was willing to pay MSRP for what it was new, but that wasn’t good enough for these guys. California Code, Vehicle Code - VEH § 11713.1 States vehicles can’t be sold by a dealer for more than an advertised price. Please don’t be a victim to these guys illegal sales practices. I’ll be filing a civil action and reporting these guys to consumer affairs. More
Alex Sevilla and Will the worst sales people you can meet. I drove 2 hours to buy a Jeep Gladiator advertised on Autotrader for $59,665. I got approved, and then they bring me my Payment breakdown. Upo meet. I drove 2 hours to buy a Jeep Gladiator advertised on Autotrader for $59,665. I got approved, and then they bring me my Payment breakdown. Upon reviewing it the Jeep price had a $9,995 markup. I told them there was no markup online nor was it marked on the window sticker and shouldn't have to pay it. They said the best they could do was bring it down to 5k, so I laughed and thanked them for wasting my time and money to come out. I went to Elk Grove Chrysler and got it at MSRP. Truly the worst experience at a dealer ever. More
