Worst Service ( Sales Manager Will ) need to avoid i would say avoid this Dealership for any purchase as the worst service they dont deal with Commercial fleets so but they lied over phone they do deal would say avoid this Dealership for any purchase as the worst service they dont deal with Commercial fleets so but they lied over phone they do deal and asked me to visit their xxxx store to buy vehicle made mistake never recommended to visit there the guy deal with me on finance he quit manager never respond back sales guy was ok but other guys are liar even they lied to me the guy sales person has quit job when i called to ask them for help so avoid this xxxx store . And even call them For help and They said u dont need to call Store once we sold we dont care that the piece of xxxx service by Store that words been told by AJ finance guy he said what ever told before sale it can be lie once it sold we cant do anything … so beware these kind of xxxx Store More

Just finished paperwork for a new 2022 Gladiator with Eric and Letian, both of whom went above and beyond to give us the best customer experience and give us the best possible rate and payment plan. Woul Eric and Letian, both of whom went above and beyond to give us the best customer experience and give us the best possible rate and payment plan. Would DEFINITELY recommend both of them and the friendly staff at this dealership. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and offered us water the moment we stepped in. She also gave the kids popcorn to keep them busy. I would definitely definitely definitely recommend bringing your business to this dealership! More

Pure scam sales department. When the finance docs arrived the vehicle was $1000 dollars over the advertised price on their website (violation of California law) To make matters When the finance docs arrived the vehicle was $1000 dollars over the advertised price on their website (violation of California law) To make matters worse, they added $4000 dollars worth of extras that they said wasn’t able to be removed (paint protection, lo-jack) These are services that are strictly optional. Sad to think of how many people they try and take advantage of. The vehicle is used and I was willing to pay MSRP for what it was new, but that wasn’t good enough for these guys. California Code, Vehicle Code - VEH § 11713.1 States vehicles can’t be sold by a dealer for more than an advertised price. Please don’t be a victim to these guys illegal sales practices. I’ll be filing a civil action and reporting these guys to consumer affairs. More

Alex Sevilla and Will the worst sales people you can meet. I drove 2 hours to buy a Jeep Gladiator advertised on Autotrader for $59,665. I got approved, and then they bring me my Payment breakdown. Upo meet. I drove 2 hours to buy a Jeep Gladiator advertised on Autotrader for $59,665. I got approved, and then they bring me my Payment breakdown. Upon reviewing it the Jeep price had a $9,995 markup. I told them there was no markup online nor was it marked on the window sticker and shouldn't have to pay it. They said the best they could do was bring it down to 5k, so I laughed and thanked them for wasting my time and money to come out. I went to Elk Grove Chrysler and got it at MSRP. Truly the worst experience at a dealer ever. More
