Did the research to find the features we were lookin for! I researched online in the Delmarva area for the exact Kia model and features I wanted and I also visited a number of Kia dealerships. I did find thr I researched online in the Delmarva area for the exact Kia model and features I wanted and I also visited a number of Kia dealerships. I did find throughout the region that many of the Kia salesforce are not sure on the individual model features. I was happy that David knew the Kia models well enough to know which one had the features I requested. We made our decision to purchase a Kia at Brown's Manassas within an hour. I had two draw backs. First, was told there was no leeway on the price but there always is and Brown did lower there price to within the range we were looking for and second, why does it take so long after the decision is made to purchase to complete the paperwork? 2.5 hours is too long! There has to be a way to shorten that timeline. More

Great experience with a few exceptions Discussed options with Sales Associate Youstin and Manager Faraz for one day before being invited to the dealership. I made the 45 min drive because I felt the price quoted over the phone was exceptional. Really the best price I’ve seen to date. It was an out the door price comparable to some used vehicle pricing for a new car. The dealership was super clean and everyone was friendly and calm. Saturday mornings are the time to go. Ample parking, snacks, coffee, and water. Started with a test drive and getting to know everyone. That is important. Never felt rushed, always felt comfortable. All information was given or found to the best of their ability. They absorbed a lot, and it made the buying experience second to none. Do not smirk at the Kia brand anymore. And certainly look towards Brown Kia Manassas for your next purchase. The Telluride is a wonder. Financing with John was plain and simple. It helps to have a friend there to bounce ideas. Got there at 9:00 am left by 4:00 pm. This is because of my needs and questions and curiosities. If I wanted to speed it up. I would have been done by 12:00 pm. Youstin, Faraz, and John were a pleasure to work with. Importantly, I got what I wanted for how much I wanted. They said come back for whatever I need and I will! Now on to the exceptions. First, there were some questions which I did not get clear answers to. 1. What is the kind of turbo you use? 2. What is the distribution of power in the AWD Stinger GT1. 3. What are some of the common issues people have been coming in with? Furthermore, and probably the most glaring issue, was that the car had paint defects that I only saw in the sun after signing the documents. Faraz said the body shop would take care of it, but now Youstin is saying I need to come in to Manassas from Gaithersburg, that is fine, but a little inconvenient. During financing, I was presented with warranty options, but it was difficult to get the full picture from John. I wanted to compare side by side what was offered in the standard warranty versus the packages, but because I wasn’t comfortable I just opted for the maintenance package. This cost me $995. Now, I was quoted verbally that maintenance visits would cost me between $120 and $350, so I figured it would be beneficial for me to get it. But I am wondering wether this was a good deal, since during the maintenance visits, I am not sure if I will be given the standard price and then just not have to pay, so that I may feel good about the work performed and the value of my warranty coverage. Finally, there is apparently a break in period of 600 miles with specific instructions in the owner’s manual. I was never informed of this break-in period, but because I am knowledgeable and informed I looked into it. if a representative from Kia could contact me about these issues to discuss that would make me feel better as a customer who just purchased a new vehicle. It would go a long way towards future recommendations to friends and family. Something that people always say is that a luxury brand will treat you better than mass market brands. Let’s show them wrong. More
