Good customer service - BUT undisclosed hidden fees Prices advertised online appear competitive which draws the customer in. Once a test drive is complete and it is known you like the vehicle you are ma Prices advertised online appear competitive which draws the customer in. Once a test drive is complete and it is known you like the vehicle you are made aware of a $1695 “prep” fee (which is not disclosed in the advertising) on top of the absurd $800 “paperwork" fee. Now the vehicle is no longer competitive. Very sneaky and underhanded in my opinion. One might expect that from a one-off, corner used car lot, but not a corporate dealership. I was even told by an employee, “well everyone does that now”- that does not make it right. With regard to the people who work there, courteous and helpful. Hopefully the two we-owe items noted will be taken care of when it is schedule in. More

Painless purchase of a used vehicle Purchased a used 2016 Honda Civic and traded in a 2001 Toyota Celica. Staff was very helpful and worked with me to get a better loan offer than what I Purchased a used 2016 Honda Civic and traded in a 2001 Toyota Celica. Staff was very helpful and worked with me to get a better loan offer than what I walked in with, a great extended warranty, higher value on my trade in, immediately worked to correct issues with my new vehicle (due for maintenance and a small dent), and took care of tags and registration (no dmv trip needed!). Would definitely reccomend. More
