Originally, I had dealt with Duval but due to a family emergency he had to travel out of the country to Africa. However, his customer service representation went above and beyond to ensure that in his absence I would be treated as a customer to receive top rated attention to purchase my dream vehicle. The attention provided by Kevin Shin, General Manager to personally take time to find qualifying discounts to get me into the vehicle was nothing but a Miracle. Then for Yiehnew Tamiru, finance Manager, to work, put together and explain the sales contract in layman's term relating to financing and my monthly payments was unbelievable. The sales team Hari Darshan and Angel went above expectations to actually give a tutorial on setting up my contact information to operate the vehicle from my phone, to crank the vehicle using the key fob was enjoyable and they were such a pleasure to work with on Duval's absence. This is why I will be a repeat customer for life! More
