From the instance we were paired up, John Sasso saw my family and I wearing a mask, because I have a child under the age to get a vaccine and he immediately put a mask on for us. Not only did he listen to my needs, but went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my choice, instructed and provided hands on driving experience with the vehicle I selected, and was very, very kind to my children. I cant say enough about this dealership! Even though we live in a hustle and bustle area in northern Virginia, they made me feel like I was back home in rural Ohio with that hometown feel and family sense. Claudia Sandoval was very thorough in her explanations of the financial paperwork. It was fast, efficient and modernized the whole financial dealership experience. She spent more time with me to discuss all my concerns when she didn't have to. This dealership is definitely one I will be back to in the future for all my vehicle needs!! Excellent place :-) More

It pains me to write this review. I purchased my 2019 Kia Stinger GT1 from Browns. We were going to buy our 2020 Kia Telluride from Browns as well, but at the time, there were inventory shortages, which led Stinger GT1 from Browns. We were going to buy our 2020 Kia Telluride from Browns as well, but at the time, there were inventory shortages, which led us to purchase from elsewhere. However, this time the buying experience was terrible. I wanted to buy a 2022 Kia Telluride SX with towing, Nightfall, and Prestige packages. I emailed the last salesperson I worked with, John Sasso, on 7/6, I never got a reply. I reached out to the Internet Sales team through the website, and they said they would pass my request along, I never heard back. I went to Kia’s website and requested a callback from Brown’s, I never heard back. The communication has wholly fallen off to where I can’t even buy the car for which I was looking. I called the dealership and left a message for someone in sales to contact me to discuss availability and pricing once they become available. After 2+ weeks of no responses, we headed to a Jeep dealership and bought the Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve. Browns didn’t want the sale or my money. Dealer Rater forced me to edit this review even though it pertains to ALL CURRENT SALES STAFF who did not return messages. More
Asking $8000 over MSRP is the most stupid thing I ever heard. I wish I could give zero stars to this dealership. I was told that they have $8,000 markup on this vehicle and would not sell it for MSRP at any condition. Worst Kia dealer ever. More

Worst experience of my life at this dealership I drove 2 hrs and they were not ready to negotiate on anything . I have no idea how this place got so many positive reviews . Mt Duvol was charging us for some fee and when we asked what is this for he said “ vehicle is in demand so that’s why we are charging this fee “ what the f***???? I thought he is charging this to get some money out of us, but he took that paper to his manager and to my surprise he said the same. I came to this dealership with three small kids and all I got was shady fees they were adding up. More

Claudia is a real asset to your company Mr. Henderson. Not only does she go above and beyond she also was the saving grace for one of your managers lack of professionalism, demeanor, and attitude. My wife and I have been loyal customers for a little over 3 years and will continue because of these two. They are actually the reason I am not writing a horrible review for one of your managers. His utter lack of caring about customer service is atrocious. You really need to address this and get it fixed. If he continues to treat people this way the bragging about 200 sales last month is great but people won't return. I would he happy to pay more and go elsewhere than deal with him again. This is not the first time he has been problematic. Michelle in service is great to work with and got everything taken care of properly. I could put lots of details but John, Claudia, and Michelle are great. One manager needs lots of training and this is coming from someone with over 6 years in the business. If you want to discuss anything John and Claudia will know and have my number. More
