We had several e-mails and calls throughout the day. My goal was to purchase my vehicle that day. Justin made the process very smooth and answered any and all questions that I had. We are a family of 5, so limiting our time out was very important. We finalized everything via e-mail and phone calls. Claudia from Finance called and it was easy to sort things out with her. The car was brought to me that day with only some paper work to sign. Definitely a new experience for all of us, but it was made easy with a professional staff.
