We are very happy with every aspect of our purchase of a Black Cherry 2020 Kia Sportage for Peggy, my bride of 35 years. This is her retirement present and its exactly the vehicle she wanted. But beyond the vehicle itself, which we love, this is our second Kia purchase from this dealership in the past 5 years, and John Sasso is the finest, most attentive, customer service-oriented automobile salesman with whom we have ever dealt, and we've purchased 13 new automobiles during our lifetimes. Everything went smoothly, from our test drive, to the bottom-line negotiations (Wais, you drive a hard bargain, but you are a fair and considerate gentleman, and we appreciate that.), to the financing (Claudia, that was the nicest financing experience we've ever had, professional in every regard, but very pleasant).
