Scheduled a 9am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, took them almost an hour and a half to finish the job. One of the salesmen at the dealership was very aggressive and would not take NO for an answer. The situation became a quickly uncomfortable situation, to the extent after saying STOP to the unwanted behavior and would not take NO for an answer.
