Online service appointment scheduling issue. I used the service center online scheduling system and had an appointment for oil change. I was there on time. The service advisor promised that it will take about 40 minutes, a little longer than the usual, and I agreed.They kept me there waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I have tried online shculeduling with other dealerships and was out in 20 minutes. I had other appointments the day and was very upset. I left two messages to the service manager who never returned my call to apologize. Useless scheduling system and bad management. Zero customer service. More

Dishonest cheaters Service department took 3 service visits to fix AC cooling system. 2nd visit charged me $2600. Repairs lasted 1 week and it failed. 3rd visit charg Service department took 3 service visits to fix AC cooling system. 2nd visit charged me $2600. Repairs lasted 1 week and it failed. 3rd visit charged an additional $1000 for what dealership termed as a rock created a hole in cooling system. This happened withon a week of service and ftom normal highway driving. They are liars and cheats and after 7 years of doing my servicing after permanently lost my business. Will sell my Jeep Grand Cherokee and buy from different auto maker. More
