I own a 2010 Jeep Sahara which kept kicking out of first gear. Needless to say, it was a difficult problem to solve. I wanted to understand exactly why this problem was occurring and how it would be fixed gear. Needless to say, it was a difficult problem to solve. The technician then sat with me to explain the entire transmission repair process. I was more than impressed and learned a great deal about shif rails and gear synchronization. Rocky called every day my Jeep was in the shop to keep me updated. My Jeep was polished and clean when the repairs were complete. Rocky even made a follow up call to ensure there were no more issues.
