Upon pulling up the car to the service department was greeted by a happy and cortious young man who held the door open for me and welcome me to the service department. My service advisor Agustin confirmed the reason for the service needed and he was very professional and polite. He gladly had a driver drop me off at work and sent me text providing his direct number for further communication. My vehicle was ready as promised on timely manner even though they seemed to be very busy! I know I can rely on this dealer and their professional service department if an issue arise with my vehicle in future! More
