Yes, they are in the business of selling vehicles, but they make it easy! I came in wanting one vehicle and left with one even better! Jeff was patient, informative, helpful and supportive! Mike was fair and fun! JC was patient and creative! Barry was really informative! He explained the financing and the service plans. Even things about the vehicle that I didn't know. These are the reasons I went back to Safford of Warrenton. I will probably be back there again! Thank you! More
The worst car repair I have experienced in 30 years. Over charged, had return twice for faulty workmanship and finally had to go to another repair shop to actually complete the work properly. The receptionist at Safford advised me to not return because the dealership and repair shop is "unethical." The repair shop manager lied to me as to what they did. The knocked a hole in my radiator, cost me $400.00 to replace. The repair shop that actually repair my van said Safford Chrysler is notorious for this bush league repair and over charging. STAY AWAY!!! I have never written a bad review before but after my treatment at Safford I had to say something. More

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I contacted them through their website to give me an e-price. In the first e-mail, I wasn't even given an e-price. Then I was given an e-price. How did it magically go lower in 30 mins?I then negotiate on the chat, and I asked for a price $285 lower than the new e-price, and for them to waive delivery charges. They said no. Who lets a customer walk over 300 bucks and a delivery charge. Then I call up Lustine and Fair Oaks, both say that the jeep they were trying to sell me, that they have marked as "in transit" hasn't even left the factory yet, doesn't have a window sticker, and won't be there any quicker than ordering it. Ridiculous. Lauran the internet sales manager clearly is not in the business of making sales. I will be most likely making my purchase with Lustine or Fair Oaks, as both of them have accepted my price. More
This was the second time I have worked with Jeff and twice have purchased a new Jeep. The trade in and situation was more difficult this time butt he was able to assist and give good advice and options twice have purchased a new Jeep. I came into the dealership to have my 2009 Dodge Journey checked out because the check engine ligh towards me in purchasing a new 2014 Jeep Patriot. I came into the dealership to have my 2009 Dodge Journey checked out because the check engine light was on. I talked to Chris and said I really just wanted a new car. I was only kidding but he said why don't you just go in the show room and see what they can do. I was very nervous and didn't think I could get a new car because I still had payments left on the Journey. Eva calmly listened to my story and said let's see what we can do. I really appreciate her patience with me and I love the new car. She was very helpful and kind.
