The experience I've had so far with our salesman Jeff Billak at Safford Warrenton has been outstanding. The best thing I could say about him is that you would never know he's a salesman; I think that sp Billak at Safford Warrenton has been outstanding. We actually went to the dealership for maintenance on our Jeep Patriot but found Jeff so interesting we stood around chatting with him. I have been thinking about a new vehicle for about a year but have not been proactive because I loved my old vehicle and hate the process of buying a car. After I mentioned it was a possibility he said you can look at or drive anything here you are interested in but if today isnt good come back when you're ready. I thought to myself is this guy for real and we decided to stay; he is absolutely a great guy who will not push you into a sale you are not ready for. Jeff spent a great deal of time with us that day making sure we chose the right vehicle and very skillfully did this in an unobtrusive manner. I highly recommend Jeff and this dealership to anyone who hates buying a car! More

Complete clown. Abrasive and unhelpful. Blew the sale with his attitude and unwillingness to address a maintenance issue where the vehicle in question was leaking oil. Stacie listened to our needs and what my husband and I wanted in a new vehicle. Even though the minivan we wanted to see was a dealer demo and not accessible to us that day, she eagerly tried to reach th wanted in a new vehicle. Even though the minivan we wanted to see was a dealer demo and not accessible to us that day, she eagerly tried to reach the salesman and keys. When that wasn't possible (salesman in Florida and keys in his pocket), she immediately had a similar Town and Country Limited brought into the customer viewing area where she demonstrated the interior seat features and dashboard technology. She then had us take the driver's seat and talked us through basic steps. We felt she was very attentive, tried to give us a fair deal financially and laid out all the steps necessary to have the vehicle we purchased ready for our pick up the following week. The Saturday we arrived to pick up our new minivan, Stacie met us in the parking lot as we approached the dealership building. She again carefully reviewed the technology of the "key" system, sirus radio system, synced my cell phone to the vehicle for "hand free" communication. She was very thorough and we left the dealership lot very happy. After having our van four days, my husband and I would return to Safford in Warrenton to deal with Stacie or suggest that others we know consider vehicle shopping with her. More
We have purchased quite a number of new cars over the years. Stacie made this the most positve and informed car experience we have ever had. We arrived at the perfect choice for us - which was NOT the most expensive or I suspect most profitable for her. Excellent sales professional. When it came time for the paperwork, Jeff was outstanding as well... clear and quick. He even went out of his way to meet me the next day to close out a few details. Historically, I really dislike the whole car buying experience. Safford of Warrenton stads apart from the rest. I expect that I will be a customer for a long time. More
We were contemplating one of two cars and appreciated the fact that Stacy gave us sincere advice to help us decide between the various options. We were able to go for two test drives which helped us talk things over without a sales person in earshot. Bottom line... no pressure to buy; a comfortable experience. Stacy was pleasant and knowledgeable. We also liked the fact that negotiations were able to proceed without putting a check on the table (the "are you sincere" trick of so many car dealers) or being put on hold for an excruciating long wait while a higher-up approves an offer (something we have been subjected to in many past purchases at other dealers). The price of good rather than great reflects the fact that our trade-in allowance was on the low side after negotiation... we accepted it because in the end it didn't matter as much as getting the new car, others may look at this differently. I would definitely recommend Stacy Wakefield as the person to see at Safford Warrenton. More
