I have delt with this dealership many times with multiple different vehicles. The reason my family switched to dodge from always being a GM family, was do only in part to the wonderful customer service in t different vehicles. The service manager Ray Wood was not only helpful, but friendly and efficient. He answered all of our questions and told us everything that was going on with our vehicles. There were no surprises we were totally informed of everything going on. I never felt like we were being taken advantage of like I have before at many other service departments in Warrenton. I was very impressed with how Ray Wood took care of our vehicles! My husband and I made the decision to buy a new Dodge truck. To our surprise Ray Wood was now in the sales department! Ray took us out and helped us pick the perfect truck! He went over that truck top to bottom, front to back with us I knew how everything worked and were everything was on that truck. Because he has such a great knowledge of the vehicles he was able to answer all our questions and more! If you are thinking about buying a Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep go to Safford in Warrenton and ask for Ray Wood! He is the best!!!! Happy owner of Dodge Grand Caravan and Dodge Dually! More

My Uncle-in-Law has purchased many vehicles from Safford. Once I walked in and met with Stacie Wakefield, I understood why. I was in search of a 2012 Dodge Durango. They had a huge selection and carry the combinations of features in their vehicles that most people seek. I was able to find a heavily equipped black Durango with almost everything and without leather (an unnecessary expense according to my shopping checklist). Stacie is a great person and 100% accommodating to any schedule. She lives in the dealership and will even get management to keep the place open for you after hours if necessary. She was honest with pricing and features, understands the car sales business and tactics employed by other dealerships, and above all else, drives the cars she sells. I recommend Safford and will be going back for maintenance and accessories. More

From the moment I met my sales person (Stacey) to the moment that I signed the last piece of paperwork with Mr. Haddan, I felt as though I was a longtime friend.....truly amazing people and an outstanding experience. The dealership's selection in vehicles was superb! I decided to tradein my existing vehicle and received a tradein appraisal that was several thousand higher than I had anticipated. All in all, the dealership, the management, and the staff made the experience one of the best I've ever experienced....well worth the drive out from Metro DC. More

Several months ago it was time to trade in the Magnum for an SUV. Not that I wanted to, but I needed the space for the kids. I purchased my Magnum from Mr. Myers at Safford, and went back to him when it wa an SUV. Not that I wanted to, but I needed the space for the kids. I purchased my Magnum from Mr. Myers at Safford, and went back to him when it was time to trade up. I was not happy about trading the Magnum in, but the Safford team put me in a very affordable and fun to drive Journey that exceeded my expectations. They found the right vehicle at the right price, and away I went...confident in my purchase and knowing that the Magnum was left in good hands. I did have an issue with the satellite radio. The Safford team bent over backwards to figure the problem out and make the repairs in a timely and efficient manner. I have purchased several vehicles from the Safford team over the years, and would not consider going anywhere else. This is the first dealership I have found that puts as much effort into keeping you as a customer as it does into making you one. More
Dealer has a new, well-located facility, an excellent inventory, and friendly, knowledgeable employees. Do not deal with this dealership. They will quote you one price out the door, then when you arrive it will be a completely different price. The sales manager will treat you as if you have no clue and ar one price out the door, then when you arrive it will be a completely different price. Then since it was a different sales manager, "oh I cant sell it for that.". Save yourself the headache stay away. More
