General Manager Kevin Myers lies and cheats to avert responsibility for tying to void my Warrantee. Safford service department attempted to hide damage they caused during warrantee service and it result responsibility for tying to void my Warrantee. Safford of Warrenton stripped the threads on the main crank shaft, then broke the timing cover and attempted to hide it under RTV silicon. They didn't tell me that all the oil in my engine would immediately leak out. On a freezing cold night putting me in danger. Mr. Myers is trying to convince Hall Jeep of Virginia Beach to lie to Mopar and the third party warrantee provider. The warrantee inspector has concluded that Safford was negligent AND their actions voided my warrantee. I have been without a vehicle for eight weeks and Safford has no interest in correcting the problem. Kevin Myers and the Safford staff will cheat you and lie to you without remorse. BUYER BEWARE, Safford Jeep's General Manager, Kevin Myers runs a bad business. More
Terrible experience with Preston Meadows and the General Sales Manager, Drew Huttner. Neither of these people seem to care at all about the customer experience. I will never buy from this dealer again and would advise everyone to avoid this dealership. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this is by far the worst experience. You would have thought that at least the manager would feign interest but even he was non-responsive. More
