I needed a new fob battery and asked for a new one while they were checking out my vehicle. I go to parts and have my battery replaced in my other fob cost was $13. Service department charges $35.80 to chan they were checking out my vehicle. I go to parts and have my battery replaced in my other fob cost was $13. Service department charges $35.80 to change the same battery. Then the service department has an attitude. Made me wait for them to finalize my refund while he helped another customer. Then when they were taken care of, I finally got the refund. Then I ask who I can talk to to make a complaint and I was told I will get an email. Wow. That’s all I can say. Where has customer service gone? More
