He has taken a personal interest in our needs, and watches over our Dodge and Chrysler vehicles like a "Dutch Uncle" (that's a good thing). Our hats are off to Jay and Safford Fredericksburg for a fine eight year service experience. I rely on Jay's advise as to which new Dodge/Chrysler products to buy. The Sales Staff at Safford, Fredericksburg, have been very neighborly on my visits to the service department. The facility is neat, the staff very professional. Plus, their complimentary coffee is a real treat. It's hard to find fault here, but The only negative is their new telephone system, which can be quite frustating at times. The sales process was simple and took very little time. We agreed on a price and a few minutes later met Steve Stewart, Finance Manager. Equally helpful, Steve spent a few extra minutes explaining the warranty and really counseled us through the process. Bottom line is everyone we encountered at Safford was professional and respectful. I have no hesitation in saying it was the easiest experience I've had buying a car and will recommend Safford Dodge and Jerry Silsley every chance I get. More
