Service Satisfaction Arrived at the dealership service department and received a very friendly reception from Richard the service representative. He told me everything that would be done during this visit and what it would cost me. He informed me that it was under warranty and the service would cost me nothing. He also suggested I take advantage of a free car wash. He informed me that I would receive a call when the car was ready for pickup. He called and the car was ready in a couple of hours. The car was very cleaned and Richard thanked me for using Hyundai. It was a very good experience and better than my past experience with other dealerships. More

Not satisfied with customer service that we received Salesman was not very pleasant to work with. Did not go out of his way to make our purchasing experience pleasant.
