Two stars because I was contacted and kept in the loop throughout the process. However, a hour after I picked my car up the check engine light came on and I contacted the dealership and as of now still ha throughout the process. They had my vehicle over a week already to fix the issue. They put me in a rental but I was told it would be covered. Then they charged me $5/day for the rental and gave me no information on how to be reimbursed for the $5/day. So overall not quality customer service. More

Rene Osorio, Service Manager, really went above and beyond. I had a bad experience at another dealership, and my car was exhibiting the effects of it. From thoroughly explaining the problem and solution, coordinating the complimentary shuttle to my residence, having my car serviced before the expected completion date to overall turning a stressful situation into as smooth a process as possible, Mr. Osorio truly delivered. In fact, the whole service team and even the shuttle drivers provided exemplary customer service. I was truly grateful and thankful, I could not express that enough. This is my 2nd encounter with them working on a major issue with my car, and they continue to rise to the occasion. I am so appreciative. Thank you!! -Nicole T. More
I’ve had a number of problems with this dealership. They are abusive and do not care about the safety of their customers. I received a recall notice for the ABS system, so I called to make an appointment. I are abusive and do not care about the safety of their customers. I received a recall notice for the ABS system, so I called to make an appointment. I did so and I specifically asked if they had the part in stock. They said yes. Later, I emailed and asked if the car was safe to drive in the meantime. They refused to answer. I emailed 5 or 6 more times and they refused each time. Eventually, I was told that someone might call me. Still, no one emailed a response, or called. Hyundai has a moral and legal responsibility to answer my question. Otherwise, I, and others, might be endangered by driving the vehicle. When I got to the appointment, I drove into the service bay but no one came out for 15 minutes. Eventually, they took my car and then 10 minutes later I was told that they didn’t have the part. No one called to tell me this. No one emailed. They even took my car into the back. I had to wait another 10 minutes to get it back. Aside from the rudeness and time-wasting, not telling me that they didn’t have the part was dangerous. Because of COVID-19, you should be avoiding unnecessary interactions, not increasing them. These incidents are unprofessional and unacceptable. More
I drove to the dealership after work to test drive a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe ltz. I get there and the vehicle has a flat tire. After looking at the vehicle the tires were worn out and should have never passed s Chevrolet Tahoe ltz. I get there and the vehicle has a flat tire. After looking at the vehicle the tires were worn out and should have never passed state inspection. The tire that was flat had 2 plugs in the sidewall of the tire. I couldnt even test drive the vehicle because the tire wouldn't hold air. What a joke of a dealership take my word this place is horrible and the management is xxxx poor as well More

Very pleased with almost all of the experience at Safford. Work done in a timely manner with good explanation of what was to be done and how long it would take. The cashier could not tell me where to find my vehicle. She just waved her hand in a general direction when I asked where to find my car. When I did eventually find the car it was blocked by a Safford demo auto. I had to go find someone who could move the blocking vehicle before I could leave. More
