Pleasant Experience I requested out the door pricing from a few local dealerships. Pedro responded quickly and provided a detailed quote with the best price. He also quickly answered all of the questions I had. When I was ready to purchase I placed a deposit online for the vehicle because it had to be transferred from another location. When we got to the dealership the car was ready to go and perfectly clean. The wait for the finance office was somewhat long but that is to be expected on a Saturday evening. Once in fiance the numbers all matched my expectations and with the paperwork prefilled everything went smoothly and efficiently. The finance person of course offered several extras but they were easily declined. Every employee I encountered was very courteous and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience. More

Check engine light and state inspection I dropped my car overnight using the drop box. My car was scheduled to be worked on the next morning. I called the dealership around lunch time to see I dropped my car overnight using the drop box. My car was scheduled to be worked on the next morning. I called the dealership around lunch time to see what was the status had to get a call back. They called back saying the work was being done, but no estimate on when it would be completed. I called again around 2:30pm to find out when the work would be done, they said maybe not completed that night but definitely the next morning. I called the next morning to find out it would not be ready until later in the afternoon. I could not get a ride to the dealer so I had to wait until the day after that to get my car. The service representative was gracious in thanking me for my patience, but the experience really was very inconvenient and it was a little maddening not knowing when and having to follow up myself on the status of the car. More
