No Quality Control At 9:am I took my vehicle in for a flat battery which was still under warranty. They provided me with a shuttle home and said I would be updated. at At 9:am I took my vehicle in for a flat battery which was still under warranty. They provided me with a shuttle home and said I would be updated. at 3:30, I had received no update and called, they said m6 car would be ready in an hour, it was. Browns had one job, remove and replace the battery. That was done, but one of the caps was not replaced; the only reason I noticed was because I took a photo of the new battery to ensure warranty. I called Browns and told them of the issue and asked if the missing part could be mailed or delivered by shuttle! Nope, I was told to come back and pick up! I now have to take a hour of my working day to drive back to Manassas from Bristow, simply because nobody did a peer check on a simple job, which now makes me wonder what quality assurances are in place at Brown’s Kia Manassas. Not happy, an hour of my working day costs me $80, probably more than the part costs, and certainly more than it would have cost for Brown’s to deliver to my home! Poor performance, poor customer service. More
