Claudia Sandoval , my sales manager was thhhheeeeee sweetest and most relatable person ive work with in financing. Her warm and inviting way of conversting made the fianacing part less intimidating. She gave me options worked and walked me through my paper work. It couldnt have gone better! Amazing experience From the moment my salesman Youstin greeted me in the parking lot to his final congratulatory handshake as he handed me the key to my new Kia Soul GT From the moment my salesman Youstin greeted me in the parking lot to his final congratulatory handshake as he handed me the key to my new Kia Soul GT Turbo, my experience was amazing. Youstin was extremely friendly, respectful, courteous and simply a joy to work with. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and to make certain I purchased the vehicle I wanted. Claudia from finance was quite knowledgeable and finalized the transaction quickly and explained each document that I signed. The sales manager (sorry I can’t remember his name) approached me on several occasions to make certain my needs were met. The purchasing process took 2 days, which was completely my choice, giving me ample time to evaluate Brown’s Kia Manassas. I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE! And yes, I’m shouting from joy!! Please understand that this is the second new vehicle I’ve purchased in the past year. The other was a Toyota truck for my husband.
