Good customer service - BUT undisclosed hidden fees Prices advertised online appear competitive which draws the customer in. Once a test drive is complete and it is known you like the vehicle you are made aware of a $1695 “prep” fee (which is not disclosed in the advertising) on top of the absurd $800 “paperwork" fee. Now the vehicle is no longer competitive. Very sneaky and underhanded in my opinion. One might expect that from a one-off, corner used car lot, but not a corporate dealership. I was even told by an employee, “well everyone does that now”- that does not make it right. With regard to the people who work there, courteous and helpful. Hopefully the two we-owe items noted will be taken care of when it is schedule in. More
