Ultimately isolated the electrical problem with my vehicle and fixed it at no charge. Total time to fix what ultimately was diagnosed as a battery problem took 5 days due to short staffing in mechanic vehicle and fixed it at no charge. Safford Brown is an outstanding dealership and cares for their customers. I had an issue with my car that I had purchased from another dealership, and they were beating around the bush about fixing it. For their customers. I had an issue with my car that I had purchased from another dealership, and they were beating around the bush about fixing it. For roughly 9+ months I was going back and forth with them. I was losing faith. That is until I reached out to Safford Brown. They fixed my car under warranty, and also showed me what was causing it. Needless to say, I have a restored faith in the Kia brand and Safford Brown had a new customer! More
